If you suddenly ran into your most recent ex, what would your first response be?
Well, it's been a long time since I've had an ex, but that would be Ryan. He was my boyfriend in high school. When we broke up, it was hard being around him. But things gradually warmed back up to the point we could be friends again. I lost touch with him for many years, and didn't hear from him again until about a year ago when he became Facebook friends with my brother. I added him too, and now he's one of my most frequent commentators. This is not a romantic thing, don't get me wrong. I'm happily married, and he has a girlfriend who he's been with for several years.
